Computer Crashed. Oh noes D:

My computer crashed and it took about a week to fix it up. I'm not sure what happened but windows died and I had to start it from scratch. I've still got all my files and stuff, which is ok, but all my programs have been uninstalled. I've lost Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 (which came with my computer) and I can't get it back

. Now I'm down to either Elements 5 or Gimp
